A record of the session packs you sell and the sessions your clients use. You are responsible for what you enter, including your clients’ names and contact details, and for the agreements you have with them. PacksLeft is a record of those agreements, not a party to them.

$29/mo after a 14-day free trial, billed through Stripe on PacksLeft’s account, cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; we do not pro-rate the current month.

Payments from your clients go directly to your own Stripe account. PacksLeft takes 0% of them. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply. A refund you issue in your Stripe dashboard does not remove sessions here. If the credit should go too, adjust the pack yourself.

Your data stays put and stays readable, and you can still export it. Logging sessions and selling packs are paused. Your clients’ links keep working for 30 days, then stop resolving.

You can cancel the subscription any time from Settings. We can close an account that is used to break into other accounts or to store someone else’s data without their knowledge. While the account is still readable, export stays available.

One trainer per account. Don’t use PacksLeft to store other people’s data without their knowledge, and don’t try to break into other accounts.

The link is the credential. Anyone who has it can see that client’s remaining sessions. You can rotate it. PacksLeft is not liable for a count dispute between you and a client. The ledger is your record of the agreement, not a ruling on it.

PacksLeft is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot be liable for lost revenue or disputes with your clients. Keep your own records if a session matters financially.
