Track client sessions and packages.
Your client never installs an app. Log a session in one tap. She sees how many sessions are left on a link you text her, books her next 1:1 there, and buys her next package through your Stripe.
Try it
Tap Log. The count drops.
This is the list. Nothing is saved. No account. Undo from the toast puts the session back.
Clients

THIS DEMO WORKS. TAP LOG.
How it works
She books. You log.
Set your hours once. She picks a 1:1 on her link. After the session, the tap you make is Log. That is what uses the session.
STEP 01
Add a client
and her package
Name, package size, price, expiry. Takes about twenty seconds. Import the rest from a CSV if you already keep a spreadsheet.
STEP 02
She books it.
You log it.
She picks the time on her link. After the session you tap Log, the count drops, and undo is there any time if you tapped the wrong row.
STEP 03
She rebuys
before zero
Her link shows a buy button for every package you’ve priced. When she’s low, you get a nudge. Money lands in your Stripe.
Still doing this in a notes app? Move one client over and see how it feels.
Start free trialTrainers don’t lose clients. They lose track of packages.
Proof
[ what the product does, not projections ]

The count on your phone and the count on their link are the same number. When two counts disagree, the session you give back to keep the peace is the money.
Replaces
The objection
“My clients won’t download another app.”
They don’t. They get a link. It opens in the browser already on their phone, shows sessions left, and lets them book the next 1:1.
Billing
Billing for personal trainers: sell session packages through your own Stripe.
Price a package once. Her link shows a buy button for every package you have priced. She pays with Stripe Checkout on your account, and the sessions are added when Stripe confirms the payment. PacksLeft takes 0%. Payouts go to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle still record on the ledger if Stripe is not connected yet.
Pricing
One plan. No tiers. No per-client pricing.
You’re one trainer with a book of clients, not an enterprise. There is nothing to configure, nothing to upgrade to, and no seat count to argue about.

Client management for personal trainers, without a coaching app.
PacksLeft is a lightweight personal trainer CRM for session packages: clients, packages, expiry dates, and payments in one list.
You need to know who has sessions left, let her book the next 1:1, and get paid for the next ten.
Trainerize and Acuity details come from their public pricing and help pages, checked September 2026. We have not used either product, so verify before deciding. Sources: Trainerize pricing, Acuity pricing ($16, $27 and $49/mo billed annually, or $20, $34 and $61 monthly), packages and expiry, package balances, payment processors.
Personal trainer software FAQ
What happens when a package hits zero?
A package at zero blocks Log and booking until you sell another package or comp a session. Her link already shows a buy button for every package you've priced, and you get a nudge when she's running low.
Can she book her own session?
Existing clients book, move, and cancel a 1:1 time on the same link that shows sessions left. Booking holds the time. Logging the session is what uses it. A cancel inside your late-cancel window uses the session. Connect Google Calendar and the hold shows on your calendar. Classes, waitlists, and a public directory stay in a studio tool.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, and it stays yours. Payouts go straight to your bank on Stripe’s normal schedule. We never hold your money.
What if I log the wrong client?
Undo is there right after you log, and again on that session in history, any time later. Her count corrects itself.
I already use Trainerize. Can I switch?
Trainerize exports a basic client list: names and contact details, not session counts or payments. Add package size, remaining and price to that list (our free sheet has the columns), dry-run the import, then pick one cutover day so the count only moves in one place. Cancel whenever.
